Design and Construction Engineering Unit
Idrill Company, utilizing expert personnel and with complete mastery and familiarity with the latest editions of international standards such as (IPS, AWS, BS, DIN, ASME, ASTM, API, TEMA, NACE, etc.), relying on knowledge and using experience in designing and optimizing various types of fixed equipment, including: shell-and-tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, air coolers, surge tanks, storage tanks, etc., and using professional software related to design activities such as Ansys, Nozzle Pro, AutoCAD, Inventor, PV-Elite, HTRI, Aspen, Tekla Structure, etc., has been working to meet the specialized needs of the country in the field of fixed equipment. In this company, the design and construction engineering unit consists of two departments, which are as follows:
Estimation and Design Unit
In this section, Idrill Group strives to implement all design stages in an organized manner by employing expert personnel, from the stage of estimating the employer’s needs to the design and presentation of construction plans based on up-to-date methods and using the latest edition of reference standards (IPS, AWS, BS, DIN, ASME, ASTM, API, TEMA, NACE, etc.).
Industrial Drawing Unit
In this section, the project team, consisting of the project manager and project engineers, and using expert draftsmen, will prepare and present all the drawings required for the production unit according to the necessary schedules, and will be actively present during construction alongside the production and quality control teams.
